Ji Xiang Dao Sales Centre

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Ji Xiang Dao Sales Centre by Wey-Duan Luo, Tzu-Ping Chan A public centric neighborhood hub. To enhance sustainability, the design preserves the existing structure, wrapping it in a lightweight expanded metal mesh and a double layer wall system. This facade creates a dialogue between solid and void, offering a light, dynamic contrast to the surrounding urban fabric. At its core, a central courtyard unifies diverse programs including a bookstore, dining, concert venue and retails. Tree inspired column and an organic layout foster a welcoming, park-like atmosphere that encourages community interaction and social engagement.
