Architecture, Building and Structure Design Royal River Residential Building by Svetoslav Stanislavov Royal River is a high rise 75 meters tall residential building, located in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. RR uses has several integrated technologies that makes it a contemporary residential building sustainable ventilation and air conditioning system, waste collection system, high speed elevators, maximized glazing for each apartment and tight structure core with compact emergency staircases that is helping a maximum usage of floor area. The facade system uses composite aluminum panels that allows it usage of freeform and easy and quick installation methods.
